• All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the Services are owned by Wer or its licensors.
• The User agrees not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the Services without the prior written consent of Wer.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS — Wer reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

INVALIDITY OF PROVISIONS — If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

By using the Services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
